Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in certain counties to appropriate and expend funds out of the General Fund for the purpose of purchasing, constructing, restoring, preserving, maintaining, and reconstructing historical landmarks, buildings, and furnishings in said counties, and providing for the expenditure thereof.
