HJR 21, 60th R.S.
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas to provide that a corporate body with banking and discounting privileges whose place of business designated in its charter is in a county of more than 500,000 inhabitants may be authorized to engage in business at more than one place within the county.
