Relating to amending certain acts so as to provide for the organization and procedure of the Finance Commission of the State; setting forth the Rules and Regulation Authority, Loan and Investment Authority and Advisory Powers of the Savings and Loan Section of the Finance Commission; providing for the Savings and Loan Commissioner to appoint one or more deputies and providing that he may call special meetings of the Savings and Loan Section of the Finance Commision.
