Relating to amending the Texas Insurance Code to provide that policies insuring against lightning, tornado, windstorm, hail, cyclone, earthquake, volcanic eruption, rain, frost, or freeze damage may not contain a provision giving the insurance company the right to cancel the policy after such an event has occurred.
