Relating to making it unlawful and a felony for any person who shall enter upon any premises or public utility right-of-way with intent to steal or carry away without consent of the owner or assist in stealing or so carrying away any copper wire or copper cable; providing that any person illegally transporting more than a certain amount of copper wire or copper cable shall be guilty of a felony; providing penalties for violations for the terms of the Act; providing certain defenses.
