SB 435, 61st R.S.

Relating to authorizing and permitting transfer annually of any child who is over six and under 21 years of age from his resident school district to another district where parent or person having lawful control of child and the receiving district jointly and timely agree to the transfer in writing; providing the State Board of Education shall issue rules and regulations therefor.
