SB 321, 61st R.S.
Relating to establishing and adopting an Antiquities Code for the State of Texas; setting forth the public policy of the State with respect to archaeological and historical sites and items; creating an Antiquities Committee of five members; creating and defining State Archaeological Landmarks; making it unlawful to intentionally deface aboriginal or Indian rock art; making it unlawful to enter the enclosed lands of another without permission and intentionally take, damage or destroy any archaeological or historical site, structure or monument on private lands; providing a penalty for violations of this Act; providing for injunctive relief for violations of this Act and providing for venue thereof.
