Relating to the addition of lysergic acid diethylamide and other hallucinogens to the list of dangerous drugs; prohibiting the possession of all hallucinogens; including in the list of unlawful acts the failure to keep certain records; changing and increasing certain penalties for violations of the dangerous drug law and deleting the limitations on availability of the suspended sentence law and the Adult Probation and Parole Law.
