Relating to changes in certain definitions and in the scope of inspections activities, authorizing the Commissioner to refuse to register, or to cancel wholesale drug business registrations for violation of the Texas Uniform Narcotic Act and the Texas Dangerous Drug Act, and making the Act conform more to federal law.
