HB 458, 62nd Regular Session
Relating to ratifying, confirming, approving and validating the creation and organization of conservation and reclamation districts, including districts created by special legislative act which adopted in part the general laws applicable to such conservation and reclamation districts, all proceedings and actions taken by the board of directors or governing bodies of such districts in organizing, selecting officers, adding or annexing land or excluding land, authorizing, selling or issuing bonds of such districts.
