Remarks: This Act takes effect September 1, 2005, except Section 33 takes effect March 1, 2008, and Section 7 takes effect September 1, 2006. Changes to Sections 813.513(a) and 814.1042, Government Code, and Section 1551.3195, Insurance Code, take effect January 1, 2006.
