Relating to an additional method of removal from office of any state officer or state employee who heads or directs a state agency whose removal is not provided for in the constitution of the State of Texas and who knowingly participates in corruption or illegalities, or who knowingly tolerates corruption or illegalities among these people under his control and supervision within his agency; providing for the State Ethics Commission to hear complaints of alleged violations of this Act and to make a determination thereof; and for providing for appeal from this commission to a District Court of Travis County for a final ruling.
