Relating to candidacy for public office; permitting a candidate to cross-file for the nomination of more than one political party, and permitting a candidate's name to appear on a general election ballot as the nominee of more than one political party or as both an independent candidate and the nominee of one or more political parties for the same office, subject to certain restrictions; also deleting outdated and superseded provisions on other subjects in statutes being amended.
