Granting permission to Elida Blanco to sue the State of Texas and the M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute for the relief to which she may be entitled concerning her claim for damages resulting from the alleged negligence of the employees, servants, or agents of the M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute; providing that suit may be brought within two years after the adoption of this resolution in any court of competent jurisdiction in Texas; providing that service of citation and all other necessary processes may be had on the Attorney General of the State of Texas; providing that nothing in this resolution shall be construed as an admission by the State of Texas, or any of its employees, agents, departments, agencies, or political subdivisions, of liability or of the truth of any allegation asserted by the claimant, but the alleged cause of action must be proved under the laws of this state as in other civil cases; providing that nothing in this resolution shall be construed as a waiver of any defense of fact or of law available to the State of Texas or to any of its employees, agents, departments, agencies, or political subdivisions, but every defense is specifically reserved.
