Relating to the reimbursement of public hospitals for services rendered to indigent patients who are not residents of the political subdivisions by which the hospitals are established and maintained; providing for the right to sue the counties of such idnigents residence in the event such reimbursements are not paid within a certain time; and providing for the enforcement of judgments against such counties.
