Proposition Prop. 8 - The constitutional amendment providing $500 million in additional bonding authority for the veterans' housing assistance program and changing the definition of those veterans eligible to participate in the veterans' land program and the veterans' housing program by authorizing the legislature by law to define an eligible veteran for the purposes of those programs.
