Proposing an amendment exempting independent school districts created by Special Act of the Legislature from the limitation of a total tax of fifty cents on the one hundred dollars valuation for any one year; making an appropriation.

Proposition For the Amendment to Section 3 of Article VII of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing that the limitation upon the amount of school district tax of one dollar on the one hundred dollars valuation shall not apply to independent or common school districts created by general or special law.
