Relating to continuing legal education for judges and court personnel; establishing a judicial and court personnel training fund for sources of funds; imposing certain fees; transferring certain funds; amending Chapter 344, Acts of the 68th Legislature, Regular Session, 1983 (Article 5966b, Vernon's Texas civil Statutes), by amending Sections 1, 2, and 3 and adding Section 3A and amending Article 5972, Revised Statutes, as amended, and repealing Sections 2 and 3, Chapter 644, Acts of the 68th Legislature, Regular Session, 1983, and Chapter 418, Acts of the 65th Legislature, Regular Session, 1977, as amended (Article 1200f, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), and making an appropriation.
