Relating to the Coastal Waterway Act of 1975 and the authorization for the State to cooperate and work with other Gulf coastal states in matters relating to the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway; and the inclusion of additional authority of the State in the event to U.S. Corps of Engineers reduces or eliminates its traditional financial support for maintenance of the Gulf Inracoastal Waterway in Texas.
