HB 2129, 65th R.S.
Relating to the extent that natural gas supplies are required to maintain natural gas service to residential users or hospitals and similar uses vital to public health and safety, no person, firm, corporations, partnership, association, or cooperative shall curtail the supply of natural gas for agricultural purposes, including but not limited to, irrigation pumping and crop drying.
