SCR 70, 64th R.S.
Requesting that the governor return Senate Bill Number 348 to the senate for forwarding and engrossed bill to the house of representatives for correction and further consideration and that the bill then proceed back to the senate for further consideration; declaring null and void the action of the president of the senate and the speaker of the house in signing Senate Bill Number 348 and authorizing the two presiding officers to remove their signatures from the enrolled bill.
