Relating to probation on a plea of guilty or a plea of nolo contendere and deferred adjudication of guilt; allowing defendant to request final adjudication; providing procedures on violation of a condition of probation; providing effect of previously received probation for purposes of disqualification or disabilities as result of a conviction and in assessment of punishment after a conviction for a subsequent offense.
