Relating to placement of names of candidates on the official ballot for a public education; to delete the provision which permits a person's name to appear on the same ballot as a candidate for the office of President or Vice-President of the United States and as a candidate for an office requiring a statewide vote for election; also revising the provision defining what political parties are required to nominate by primary election in order to have the names of the party nominees printed on the official ballot for a general election.
