To supplement the appropriation from the Psychologists Licensing Fund (No. 024) to the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists for consumable supplies and materials, current and recurring operating expense (excluding travel) and including examination expense and capital outlay for the year ending August 31, 1975, by the amount of $8,000 to pay for a deficit resulting from increased costs of examinations and moving.
