Relating to chemical test for intoxication; authorizing other types of tests for intoxication; changing standards for presumption of intoxication when consumption of other drug is shown; authorizing intoxication tests even though the subject is unconscious or dead; providing that evidence of refusal to take intoxication test shall be admissible in criminal prosecutions; eliminating suspension of operators license as part of penalty for final conviction of offense of DWI or DUID.
