Proposing an amendment authorizing the Legislature to provide for the retirement and retirement compensation of County Judges, Judges of County Courts at Law, Judges of Probate Courts, Judges of County Domestic Relations Courts, Judges of County Criminal Courts, Judges of County Juvenile Courts, and Judges of all Courts of record, not now entitled to retirement, in counties having a population of 250,000, or more, inhabitants on account of length of service, age or disability and their reassignment to active duty where and when needed.
