HB 836, 55th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts relating to the Probation Department and the County Juvenile Board and their duties and authorities in counties having a population in excess of three hundred and fifty thousand (350,000) inhabitants, to provide that a county probation officer who is appointed as supervising head of county institutions shall receive a stipulated salary in addition to his salary as county probation officer.
