Relating to authorizing the State Board of Water Engineers of Texas to make an investigation and study of the causes, sources and extent of pollution of the streams and public waters of the State and of the means of correcting and preventing such pollution, providing that it shall report the results of its investigation and studies with suggestions and recommendations for correcting and removing the sources of pollution to the Railroad Commission of Texas, the State Department of Health and the Fish, Game and Oyster Commission of the State of Texas; providing for the cooperation of said Departments.
