Relating to amending certain Acts regulating the practice of architecture, so as to reorganize and increase the efficiency of the Board of Architectural Examiners and more effectively regulate the practice of architecture in the public interest by providing a six (6) member Board and changing the name of said Board to Texas Board of Architectural Examiners.
