HB 12, 51st 1st C.S.
Relating to providing procedure by summary sale for enforcement and foreclosure of tax liens on real property by the State, county, cities, towns, districts and all other subdivisions of government with taxing power, eliminating the necessity of foreclosure of tax liens by suits in courts; providing that all taxes collected before the effective date of September 1, 1955 be allocated to a building fund for State Hospitals; providing for repeal of all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith; providing that if any part of this Act or any section thereof shall be held unconstitutional, then the remaining part shall be unaffected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect as the express intent of the Legislature of Texas.
