Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for County Juvenile Boards in counties which compromise a part of two judicial districts, each of which districts consists of four and the same four counties, and which four counties have a combined population of not less than one hundred sixteen thousand (116,000) according to the last preceding Federal Census; providing a savings clause.
