Relating to amending a previous Act, by providing that the Director of the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas shall appoint, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, a qualified Entomologist within the Department of Entomology of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to serve also as the State Entomologist and providing further that the salary of the State Entomologist shall be established by the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas in the same general manner as salaries of all other employees of the College are established.
