Relating to amending certain Acts by permitting the State Highway Department to issue for the 1943, 1944, and 1945 registration years single plate or plates of metal or other material, symbols, tabs, or other devices, in connection with or in lieu of the motor vehicle license plate or plates; authorizing the Highway Department to prescribe the place of attachment of the license plate or plate, symbols, tabs, or other devices.
