HB 253, 47th R.S.
Relating to amending the General and Special Laws relative to granting authority to cities to control the platting of surrounding territory and to provide that approval of a plat shall constitute an amendment to the master city plan; making it unlawful and a misdemeanor for anyone to transfer a lot in an unapproved subdivision by reference to a plat or describing such lot by metes and bounds; providing certain penalties.
