Relating to authorizing any city or town, however incorporated, to attach certain land and territory for zoning purposes; authorizing the appointments of residents of attached territory on the Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment of such cities and towns; authorizing such towns and cities to fix and enforce certain penalties.
