HB 886, 46th R.S.
Relating to providing that County Commissioners Court and the municipal government of any incorporated city, town, or village, may appoint, employ, and pay case workers and investigators to make investigations of needy persons to whom may be supplied necessities, furnished by the Texas Relief Commission; providing this Act shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years.
