Relating to requiring the teaching of American ideals and intelligent patriotism in the public schools of Texas with special reference to obedience to law and to law enforcement, authorizing the State Textbook Commission to adopt a suitable textbook for giving instruction; requiring the purchase by local school boards of suitable United States flags.
