Relating to amending an Act so as to provide that no company shall transact the business of life insurance in this State whose charter authorizes it to do a fire, marine, lightning, tornado or inland insurance business, and that no company shall take fire, marine or inland risks which is authorized to do a life or health insurance business in this State.
