Relating to amending Article 713, of Chapter eleven, Title twenty-one, of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, and to add Article 713a to said Chapter eleven, Title twenty-one, of said Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, relating to the purposes for which private corporations may be created, and providing that the Grand Lodge of Texas, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, and other similar benevolent organizations, may be chartered.
