HB 65, 42nd 1st C.S.
Relating to authorizing two (2) or more navigation districts, all or parts of which are situated in a single county, and which may be interested in or may be benefited by, a navigation project which has been approved by Act of Congress of the United States, or by the Secretary of War, to enter into contracts with the Government of the United States, or with each other, to consumate such projects of common interest.
