HB 505, 49th R.S.
Relating to appropriating Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars and Forty Cents ($350.40) to the Texas Mexican Railway Company as part payment on a judgment for Nine Hundred and Seventy-Four Dollars and Sixty Cents ($974.60), recorded November 28, 1942, by the Texas Mexican Railway Company and San Antonio Southern Railway Company against the Secretary of State, State Treasurer, and the Attorney General of Texas for refund on franchise taxes paid in 1939 under protest as provided in Article 7057b, Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes.
