SB 235, 40th R.S.
Relating to providing that any county or city authorized by Title 118 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925 to construct, extend, protect and maintain any seawall or breakwater, levee, dike, floodway, and drainway may take any material from certain waters for use in any such work without payment therefor.
