HB 182, 38th R.S.
Relating to authorizing and directing the administrative or governing authorities of the public educational institutions of this State to except and exempt from the payment of all dues, fees and charges except for board and clothing all citizens of Texas who served as nurses or in the armed forces of the United States during the late war, and who were honorably discharged therefrom, and who are not entitled to receive such benefits under the Act of Congress known as the Vocational Rehabilitation Act, and giving said citizens a preferential right to be admitted to the benefits of said institutions.
