HB 1092, 59th R.S.
Relating to providing that school districts in counties contiguous to those authorized to operate a bi-county day school for the deaf may participate in the program upon approval by the Texas Education Agency of requests from a school district in a contiguous county and the school district designated to conduct the bi-county day school for the deaf.
