Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for the maximum compensation of County officials in any County where the population is not less than fifteen thousand (15,000) and not more than fifteen thousand, one hundred (15,100) inhabitants according tot he last preceding Federal Census and with a total area of not less than 569,250 square acres of land and not more than 569,500 square acres of land.
