Relating to declaring certain fur-bearing animals the property of the State of Texas, such as wild beaver, wild otter, wild fox, wild raccoon, wild badger, wild mink, wild ring-tail cat, wild polecat or skunk, wild opossum and wild civet cat, and protecting the same.
