An act to authorize, empower and direct the superintendents of penitentiaries of the State of Texas to receive from the Treasurer of the United States in the name of the State of Texas for the use and benefit of the Texas Confederate home, the bounty on sugar raised and manufactured on the state penitentiary convict farms in Texas.
