Creating a Court of Domestic Relations of Wharton County, Texas; prescribing the jurisdiction thereof and conforming the jurisdiction of other courts thereto; prescribing terms and procedures; providing for the selection, qualifications, duties, compensation and powers of the judge of said court; providing for membership of the judge on the county juvenile board; providing for the appointment, qualifications, duties and compensation of the official court reporter and of other officers and employees and the duties of county and state agencies with respect to said court; providing a severability clause.
