Amending Chapter 298, Acts, Regular Session, 58th Legislature in 1963 to provide that the County Judge of Titus County Shall be an ex officio member of the Board of Hospital Managers of Titus County Hospital District; making a finding that local notice has been properly given; providing a saving clause; and declaring an emergency.
