Relating to amending certain Acts by providing for an annual exceptional children transportation cost allotment to school districts operating approved exceptional children programs determinable on a prescribed per capita pupil basis and/or formula and subject to certain limitations; providing same shall be paid out of the Foundation School Fund as a part of the Foundation School Program; providing for deposit of such allocations to a district's Exceptional Transportation Fund hereby created, accountable and usable only for transportation purposes of certain exceptional children.
